We are looking for a dedicated Sales & Administration Coordinator who is passionate about agriculture and understands the daily realities of farmers. This core role requires you to triage sales activities, including managing initial customer enquiries, processing orders, and assisting with scheduling and logistics. You will be a key support to our external sales team, and a critical part of the position will be to liaise with 3rd party retail partners, own and maintain the Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and customer data are always up to date. Beyond sales support, you will contribute to general business operations through various administrative tasks. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to thrive in this dynamic environment.
